Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by 4D Productions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
4D Productions provides professional real estate photography services including but not limited to:
- Interior and exterior property photography
- Aerial/drone photography
- Virtual tours and 3D imaging
- Video production
- Photo editing and virtual staging
Booking and Payment
Scheduling
- All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system
- You will receive confirmation of your booking via email
- Please ensure the property is ready for photography at the scheduled time
Payment Terms
- Payment is required before final images are released without watermarks
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
- Prices are subject to change but confirmed quotes will be honored
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% fee may apply
- No-shows: Full session fee applies
- Weather cancellations for exterior shoots will be rescheduled at no charge
Image Delivery and Usage
Delivery
- Images are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of the session
- You will receive access to your client portal to view and download images
- Watermarked previews are provided until payment is received
Usage Rights
- Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the images for marketing the specific property photographed
- Images may be used for MLS listings, websites, social media, and print materials
- 4D Productions retains copyright and may use images for portfolio and marketing purposes
- Images may not be resold or transferred to third parties without permission
Property Access and Safety
- Client is responsible for ensuring legal access to the property
- Pets should be secured during the photography session
- We are not responsible for items left in photographs
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe
Limitation of Liability
4D Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 4D Productions harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
