What to Expect on Shoot Day
We recommend scheduling your photo shoot after the property is cleaned, decluttered, and staged. Our photographer will walk the property first to plan the best angles and lighting for each space. Interior shots are taken room by room with portable lighting where needed. Exterior shots are captured from multiple angles including the street, rear yard, and any notable features like a pool, outdoor kitchen, or waterfront view.
Most residential shoots take 60–90 minutes on-site. Your edited gallery is delivered to your client portal within 24 hours — usually by the next morning.

How many photos will I receive?
The number of photos depends on the package you select. Our standard package includes 25–35 edited photos, and larger packages include up to 50+ images. Every photo is individually edited — we never deliver unedited or automatically processed images.
How long does it take to get my photos back?
We guarantee 24-hour turnaround on all photography orders. In most cases, your edited gallery will be available in your client portal by the morning after your shoot. Rush delivery is available if needed — contact us to arrange.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
No — you don't need to be present, though you're welcome to be. Most agents simply arrange access through a lockbox or coordinate with the seller. We'll take care of everything on our end.
How should I prepare the property for photos?
For the best results: declutter every room, remove personal items from counters and surfaces, make all beds, turn on all lights and lamps, tuck away cords, and ensure the exterior is clean with no cars in the driveway. A well-prepared property makes a significant difference in the final photos.

Do you shoot occupied homes?
Yes. We regularly photograph occupied homes. We just ask that the owners or tenants clear the spaces we're shooting and remove pets from rooms during the session. We work efficiently to minimize disruption to residents.
