How do I book a photography session?

You can book directly through our online booking system. Select your service, choose an available time, and you’ll receive instant confirmation.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, though same-day appointments may be available. For the best selection of times, book 3-5 days ahead.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. Weather-related cancellations for exterior shoots are always rescheduled free of charge.

Preparing for Your Shoot

How should I prepare the property?

Turn on all lights (interior and exterior)
Open blinds and curtains
Remove personal items and clutter
Clean surfaces, especially kitchen and bathrooms
Make beds and arrange pillows
Secure pets in a safe location
Park cars away from the front of the property

How long does a typical session take?

Session length depends on property size: small properties take about 30-45 minutes, average homes 1-1.5 hours, and larger or luxury properties may take 2+ hours.

Delivery & Files

When will I receive my photos?

Standard delivery is within 24 hours. Rush delivery (same-day) is available for an additional fee.

How do I access my photos?

You’ll receive an email with a link to your private client portal where you can view, download, and share your images. Watermarked previews are available immediately; full-resolution images are unlocked after payment.

What format are the photos?

Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, optimized for both web and print. MLS-compliant versions are included.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment system.

When is payment due?

Payment is due before full-resolution, unwatermarked images are released. You can view watermarked previews before paying.
